JP leads sales and business development at TEO, bringing experience in business development, client relationships, and growth strategy. He works closely with property owners and management organizations to introduce TEO’s technology and help clients modernize their approach to property management.
Leo brings 20+ years of hands-on experience as a software architect and data scientist. He’s passionate about creating practical solutions with AI, blockchain, and modern software design—turning complex technologies into tools that simplify operations and drive business success.

She has driven sales and strategy for some of the most recognized names in the industry. Simultaneously, she served as VP of a condominium in NYC and experienced many pitfalls with the existing BMS systems.

In recent years, Robin has been deeply engaged in the fintech space—working with core banking leader Thought Machine, and leading B2B marketing efforts at MoneyLion’s Engine business.

With over 25 years in real estate management, Christina specializes in building operations and capital project oversight. Her experience includes senior roles with industry-recognized real estate firms, where she led operational improvements, drove cost reductions, and elevated customer satisfaction. She is also a licensed New York real estate professional.

Erik is a founding engineer at TEO, bringing more than 20 years of experience in software development and user experience. He combines UX/UI design with hands-on full-stack engineering to create intuitive, reliable experiences that make complex technology simple to use.

Founding & UX/UI Engineer
Steven is one of TEO’s founding engineers and Tech Lead. He brings more than a decade of experience combining UX/UI design and full-stack software development across fintech, clinical, legal, and federal systems. Steven is also the founder of an SBA-certified veteran-owned engineering practice, and served five years in the U.S. Marine Corps, rising to the rank of Sergeant in communications.

Werner is a Staff Platform Engineer at TEO with more than three decades of software engineering experience. He specializes in cloud infrastructure, developer platforms, reliability, automation, and cost optimization, with deep expertise in AWS, Terraform, Go, Rust, and distributed systems. Werner combines deep technical expertise with practical problem-solving to build secure, scalable, and reliable systems.
Daniel is a Full-Stack Engineer at TEO, with experience building scalable web applications and cloud-native services. His background spans modern web development, distributed systems, cloud infrastructure, and cybersecurity. Daniel also served as a Training Platoon Sergeant in the Israel Defense Forces, combining technical training with leadership of technical personnel.

Adam brings a background in systems science, human-centered design, and data-driven problem solving to TEO’s property operations. With experience in operations, digital marketing, and client service, he bridges technology and day-to-day property management. Working directly with residents, vendors, and ownership teams, Adam helps bring TEO’s vision of smarter, more efficient property management to life.
